Information we collect
We collect account, contact, participant, ticket, payment-reference and event-access information needed to operate registration and the fair. The demonstration checkout does not collect card details or transfer funds.
How it is used
Information is used to issue tickets, provide attendee support, manage capacity, record entitled entry and gift collection, administer configured lucky draws, prevent misuse and report on event operations.
Sharing and retention
Access is limited by role. Service providers may process hosting and email delivery when configured. Production retention periods, data-controller details and access/deletion request procedures must be approved before launch.
