Do I need a ticket if entry is free?

Yes. Every visitor must register and present a personal QR ticket at the entrance.

Can one QR code be used for several visitors?

No. Each participant receives a unique QR code so entry and entitlements are recorded correctly.

Can I attend on more than one day?

Yes. Both ticket types are valid across all three event days, subject to their stated benefits.

How does the lucky draw work?

When enabled, eligible visitors receive an entry after checking in on the applicable event day. Current eligibility appears in the ticket wallet.

Where do I collect my SG50 welcome pack?

Visit the SG50 Gift Collection counter after entering. Staff will scan your ticket and record collection automatically.
